Pipeline Production Commencement

 The Company is pleased to announce that the pipeline commenced production on Saturday, February 20th, 1999 flowing 2.0 million cubic feet of natural gas per day on a 19/64 inch choke from the Siverson 1-X well. The recently completed ten mile long, six inch steel pipeline connecting the Siverson well is capable of delivering 20 million cubic feet of gas per day.

The operator will be increasing the flow rate from the Siverson 1-X over the next few months. The Siverson 1-X well test flowed over 9.0 million cubic feet per day on a 1 1/4 inch choke on the four point test completed in the fall of 1998 (announced in August 24, 1998).
