Drilling of a New Test Well

The Company wishes to announce that it will be participating in the drilling of a new test well, located two miles north of it's producing Siverson Well on the Kansas/Colorado border. The new well will be a 5200 foot test of the Morrow Sandstone structure which is the source reservoir to the company's Siverson Well. The Siverson Well has produced over half a billion cubic feet of natural gas since it went online in February of this year.

The new well, which the company will take a 10.25% working interest in, is located on a 2400 acre oil & gas lease. Drilling is expected to commence in the first week of January, 2000. The company will now have working interests ranging from 50% to 10.25% in over 16,000 gross acres along this Morrow Sandstone trend which follows the Kansas/Colorado border.
